She was preceded in death by her late husband's Dexter Hurt and Eld. Robert Johnson. She was blessed with eight children: Phyllis (late Robert) Pearson, twins Dianna Sanders and Diann Hurt (both deceased), Dexter (Sharon) Hurt; Warren (Zetta) Johnson Sr., Stanley Johnson Sr., Emerick Johnson, and Craig (Rita Arnold) Johnson. Significant people in her life are her sister, Naomi Humes and daughter-in-love, Gwendolyn Johnson. Her legacy is co-founding Greater Philadelphia COGIC, her family and the spiritual impact she had on others.
