Patsy Lorraine Vaught, 82, passed away June 26, 2021 in Riverbank, Ca. Patsy was born July 13, 1938 in Morris, Oklahoma to Boyd and Eunice Ring. She was a long-time member of the Oakdale Family Church of the Nazarene, where a funeral service will be held for Patsy.
She is survived by her daughters, Jennifer (Arnold) Phelen, Lori (Tom) King; sister, Carolyn Andrews; brother, Dale Ring. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and numerous friends. She preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Vaught; parents, Boyd and Eunice Ring and her brother, Kenneth Ring. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Deegan Funeral Chapel.
