Graveside services for Mrs. Watkins will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at Fairview Cemetery in Newbern, Tennessee. Officiating this service will be Mr. Hank Gray.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Robert Watkins of Newbern, Tennessee; one daughter, Jessica Massie of Newbern, Tennessee; one brother, Danny Clark of London, Kentucky; two sisters, Kelly "KeeWee" Meacham of Newbern, Tennessee and Wendy Clark of Hopkinsville, Kentucky; four grandchildren, Joshua Michael Palmer, Jamie Jo Palmer, Jacob Tony Palmer and Wyatt Axl Neil; one great-grandson, Brandon Michael Dickson; her family by choice, Danny, Bethany, Graylee and Raelyn Petrie of Newbern, Tennessee and Hank Gray of Newbern, Tennessee and her "Fur Babies", Pretty, Garley and Sadie.
She was preceded in death by her father, Troy H. Clark and one great-grandson, Michael Lane Dickson.
