On the 23rd of June, 2021, Mary Lee Akins Drinnon of Kingston, went home to be with her Lord.
Mary was born the 26th of September, 1933 in Ravia, Oklahoma; to Wesley William and Nancy Bone Akins.

Mary met Air Force Airman, Johnny Walter Drinnon, Jr,. in San Francisco, California and they married on December 25, 1953, in Kelseyville, California. During their 62 years of marriage, Mary was a military wife around the world, a homemaker, a mother, a certified nurses aid, and a department manager for Kmart, before retiring to Kingston. Mary and Johnny had two children, two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Mary is preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Drinnon, Jr.; and her son Johnny Drinnon, III, of Watsonville, California.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Debbra Kay and Tom Little of Kingston; grandsons, Jeremy Wade Bancroft of Alma, and Travis James Bancroft, and wife, Hillary, of Kingston; and five great-grandsons, Bryce, Braydon, Baylor, Chris and Jacob Bancroft.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM, Saturday, July 3, 2021 at the Elkhorn Church with Lonnie Dufrene officiating. Internment will immediately follow at the Liberty Cemetery near Dry Creek. Pallbearers will be Jeremy Bancroft, Travis Bancroft, Donnie Kee, Tom Little, Nicky Peyrot and Donald Randall. Services were entrusted to Brashears Funeral Home and Crematory of Huntsville.
