Ruth Adams (Donegan) Glendenning, 87, of Arundel, died January 31st, 2021.
She was born January 24th, 1934, in Pulaski, Tennessee. She was the youngest of 11 children of Ed Adams and Halsie Willoughby Adams.
Ruth was feisty and lived life to the fullest, her way. Working 2 jobs, she went back to school and got her degree in "Therapeutic Recreation" at USM in 1981. Ruth suffered her biggest loss when her son James S. Donegan Jr. died suddenly on April 27th, 2020. She cherished her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren, never missing a birthday or special occasion.
She leaves her son Danny R. Donegan and wife Susan from Lyman; her son Roy L. Donegan from Sanford; grandchildren Danny R Donegan Jr. and his partner Katherine Ebersole from St. Petersburg, Florida; Kelly Capener from Lyman; A.J. Roy Donegan from Sanford; and Joey Donegan from Waterboro. Great grandchildren Trevor, Samuel, Morgan, Mikaela, Jeremiah Capener of Lyman, Desmond and Jaxen Donegan of Sanford.
