She loved to be outdoors, spend time with her family, and worked for Sheridan Schools as a cafeteria worker.
Barbara died Sunday, June 27, 2021, at Arkansas Heart Hospital at the age of 73.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Wyles, sister, Mary Dell Vance, and her husband Charles Kilburn.
Survivors: son, Harvey (Niki) Kilburn of East End; daughter, Roxanne (Andrew) Elkins of White Hall; sisters, Billie Dean Fuqua and Carolyn Kelly both of Sheridan, and Peggy Schader of Fayetteville; 7 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
Graveside service will be Saturday, July 3, 2021, at Lost Creek Cemetery at 2:00 P.M. There will be no visitation.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be Arkansas Children's Hospital, 1 Children's Way, Little Rock, Arkansas 72202.
