Daughter of William Ferrier and Keturah Ferrier (nee Divers), William was a butcher.
Alice was baptised on 4 December 1864 at St Anthony the Martyr, Kent.
She married John Proctor on 18 October 1887 at Ramsgate, Kent. John was born in approx 1852 and was the son of John Proctor. When the children were baptised, he was the licensed victualler of the Crown Hotel, York Street, Ramsgate.
He sadly died on 1 February 1901 in Folkestone, Kent where he was a licensed victualler.
They had three children:
C1. Jessie born in Q4-1888 in Thanet and she was baptised on 14 April 1889 at St George's Church, Ramsgate, she married Richard E De B Harrison in Q3-1912 in Thanet
C2. Elsie was born in Q3-1890 in Thanet and she was baptised on 19 April 1891 at
St George's, Ramsgate, Kent

On the 1901 census she was a widow and living at 1 High Street, Folkestone and was a Hotel Proprieter, with her 3 children.
She then remarried Charles Frederick Bartlett in October 1905 in Malling, Kent and had 2 children (1 died before 1911 census).
C4. Frank Bartlett born in Thanet on 25 September 1905, he was a market gardener and he died in January 1980 in Alyn & Deeside, Clwyd, Wales (226044448)
C5. William Ferrier Bartlett born in Canterbury in 1908-MQ, died 1908-JQ in Thanet
She sadly died at Rose Nurseries, Toothill Street, Minster, Kent aged 69 years old.
