Helen M. Haney, 93, of Bethlehem, passed away Thursday, June 24, 2021 in St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill. She was the wife of Donald C. Haney. Their 71st anniversary was also June 24. Born in Logan's Ferry, PA, she was a daughter of the late Metro and Rosalia (Hrychowian) Felix. Helen was a member of St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church, Bethlehem, a dedicated pierogie worker and tireless volunteer in many other church events. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother. She will be remembered for the loving care for her family, her outstanding cooking and providing her family with wonderful holidays. She utilized her creativity to the utmost, bringing joy to her family. She was an avid reader, excellent seamstress, enjoyed gardening and playing bridge. She was also a very kind, thoughtful friend to many and will be sorely missed.

Surviving with her husband Donald, are daughters, Donna Haney of Bethlehem and Robin Hudak of Yardley, PA; a son, Craig Haney and wife Monique of Nazareth; a sister, Patricia J. Felix of Bethlehem; three grandchildren, Sean, Luke and wife Nicole, and Tessa; and three great-grandchildren, Vanya, Liam and Giada. She was predeceased by brothers, John, Joseph and George.

Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, June 29, at 12 p.m. in St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church, 980 Bridle Path Road, Bethlehem, PA 18017. Interment immediately following in Union Cemetery of Hellertown. Calling hours will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 12 p.m. in the church. Arrangements, Pearson Funeral Home, Bethlehem.
