Obituary
Obituary of Amy Kathleen Gibson

GIBSON, Amy Kathleen – Passed away peacefully, at Peterborough Regional Health Centre, with her family at her side, on Tuesday, February 26, 2019. Amy of Peterborough, formerly of Belleville, at 29 years of age.

Beloved mother of Jaden and Magen. Loving daughter of Sandra Pope (Dafoe) and Don Green. Dear sister of Amanda Gibson and Holly Gibson. Much loved aunt of Katie, Lizzie and Alex. Amy will be remembered by J.D. Hourie and many other relatives and friends.

A free spirit, Amy was always kind, generous and ready to help others. She made friends very easily but struggled with her demons.

Amy loved riding her E-bike, often wearing stilettos, bombing around town, dressed like its Saturday night.

A celebration of life will be held at the Hillcrest Community Centre, 69 Centre Street, Belleville, on Sunday, March 31 from 2-4 pm. Cremation entrusted to Community Alternative Funeral Home. Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. Condolence notes may be made at www.communityalternative.ca.
