Obituary for Danny Glenn Cross
Danny Glenn Cross, 56, passed away Friday, June 11, 2021 near Chicago. He was born in Toledo, OH on June 26, 1964 to the late OD Dennis Cross and Hazel Bowling Cross. Danny grew up in Robbins, TN, which he considered his home town. He was a dedicated OTR truckdriver for over 35 years. Danny was proud to have started his own business as an OTR Owner/Operator for many of those years. He also served in the National Guard for 2 years. He was a loyal brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend to many who loved and admired this generous man. He enjoyed drag racing and collecting cars, trucks, antiques and movies. Survivors include his 3 brothers, Dennis (Cindy), Johnny (Michelle), and Charles (Crystal). He, unfortunately, was preceded in death by one brother, Donnie (Helen). Funeral Service/Viewing will be Saturday June 26, 2021 from 11:00am-1:00pm at Smith & Smith Funeral Home 340 E Third St, Lexington, KY 40508. Cremation to follow.
