Barbara was born on July 28, 1942 to her parents Tison (T.F.) and Melvina (Bostian) Clark of Stillwater, OK. Barbara was one of five sisters, Caroll, Barbara, Betty, Sharon, Mary and Monda. Barbara graduated from Stillwater High School.
Barbara married Dale Caldwell of Stillwater and divorced in later years. Together they have two sons, Danny Caldwell and wife Michelle Caldwell of Morrison, OK and Rod Caldwell and wife Julie Caldwell of Pawnee, OK.
She worked as a secretary in the Electrical and Computer Engineering department at OSU for 33 years, until she retired in 2014. Barbara also worked at Braum's Ice Cream store for many years after her full-time job, scooping up many ice cream cones. During her career she co-owned Clayhaven Ceramics with sister Monda.
In her spare time, she enjoyed taking trips with her grandkids. She also loved doing needlepoint, which she spent many tedious hours creating wildlife and others. She also enjoyed feeding birds and taking care of her African violet flowers.
She has five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Granddaughter, Donna Harder and husband David and great grandchild Jeffery Harder of Perry, OK. Grandson Joshua Caldwell and wife Ashleigh and great grandchildren Jesse Caldwell and Ryleigh Caldwell of Southside Alabama. Granddaughter Emily Collins and husband Chase of Pawnee, OK. Granddaughter Erin Cash and husband Jordan and grandson Beau Cash of Perry, OK. Grandson Jonathan Caldwell of Pawnee, OK.
