Born March 7, 1947 in Bloomsburg, she was a daughter of the late Nevin L. and Marjorie A. (Cox) Edwards. She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell E. Morgan, on December 8, 1999.
Sandra was a graduate of Central Columbia High School. She was employed for more than 28 years at the Jersey Shore State Bank where she was a head teller and also worked in the accounting department. She enjoyed attending the Jersey Shore State Bank Retirees monthly luncheons.
She was a faithful and devoted member of Centennial United Methodist Church of Cogan House.
Sandra was an avid dog lover and had a soft spot in her heart for any dog that needed help.
Surviving are her sister, Linda K. Kessler; two nephews: Allen L. Kessler and Brian P. Kessler; a sister-in-law, Betty L. Edwards; four step children: Valerie, Diane, Constance and Judy and an aunt, Arlene Hartman.
Along with her parents and husband, Russell, she was also preceded in death by her brother, Steve A. Edwards on February 7, 2018.
Heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to Sandy's wonderful neighbors, her Pastor, her Church family and her "bank-family" for all that they did for her throughout the years, especially during her final illness.
Graveside services will be held Friday, July 9th, at 11 a.m. at the Waller Cemetery, Benton, with the Rev. Dr. H. Russell Blanchard, her Pastor, officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the Lycoming County S. P. C. A., 2805 Reach Road, Williamsport, PA 17701. Arrangements are under the direction of the
