Debbie was a native of Virginia Beach, Virginia and retired as a TCC Adjunct Professor/Lay Methodist Campus Minister. She was a member of New Creation United Methodist Church where she taught Sunday School for the youth and Golden Rule Classes.
Survived by her husband of 44 years, Ron Cunningham; daughter, Brittney (Toby); son, Brett (Jennifer); 5 grandchildren; and her fur babies, Zeke and Lexi.

The family will receive friends at Loving Funeral Home, 3225 Academy Ave., Portsmouth, VA on June 24, 2021.
Burial will be private at the Albert G. Horton Veteran Cemetery in Suffolk.
