Debra Stinnett Cunningham went home to be with the Lord on June 20, 2021. After a courageous 3 year battle with brain cancer. Debbie passed peacefully in her sleep. On the three occasions she had surgery at UVA, she used those as opportunities to express her faith and love of God to others. We will love and miss her forever.
Debbie was a native of Virginia Beach, Virginia and retired as a TCC Adjunct Professor/Lay Methodist Campus Minister. She was a member of New Creation United Methodist Church where she taught Sunday School for the youth and Golden Rule Classes.
Survived by her husband of 44 years, Ron Cunningham; daughter, Brittney (Toby); son, Brett (Jennifer); 5 grandchildren; and her fur babies, Zeke and Lexi.
