Pamela Gayle Campbell, age 65, was reunited with her husband in Heaven on Sunday, June 13, 2021. She was born on March 15, 1956 in Baytown, TX to ­James Hardy Malone Sr. and Dorothy Jean Matthews Malone.

Pam, also known as "Momma Pam" to many of her children's friends, loved to care for others in need. She took great pride in helping families search for and find their biological family members. She also had a love for country dancing and caring for and helping animals. Pam will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Pam was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Campbell; parents, James Hardy Malone Sr. and Dorothy Malone; brother, James "Jimmy" Malone Jr., and step-father, Charles "Red" Edmondson.

Pam is survived by sons, Chris Campbell and Sean Campbell and his wife Jessica; step-daughter, Lori Watson and husband Shannon; sister, Jill Ayers; grandchildren, Sabrina Watson, Landon Campbell, Luke Campbell, Colt Campbell, and Masyn Campbell; and a host of extended family and friends.

Pam's family would like to especially thank Miss Vickie's PCH for taking amazing care of Pam during her final days.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Sterling-White Funeral Home, 11011 Crosby Lynchburg Rd., Highlands, TX, on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at 4:30 p.m.

Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Cameron, TX, on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at 3:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org (800-227-2345) and/or DePelchin Children's Center at www.depelchin.org.
