Paula was born August 18, 1946 in Joplin, MO to Paul and Ellen (Hicks) Herren. She was a 1964 graduate of Baxter Springs High School in Baxter Springs, KS. She had lived in Quapaw for the past 25 years, moving from Kansas City, MO.
Paula had worked as a truck driver, waitress and as a secretary for Sony in Kansas City, MO. She was a member of First Assembly of God in Quapaw.
Paula was preceded in death by her parents and 1 sister, Judy Beattie.
Paula is survived by her son, Larry Stiver of Quapaw, OK, 1 sister, Pam Yardy of Quapaw, OK, 3 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
