Our loving Mother and Grandmother, Barbara "Bobbi" Ann Ragland, age 87, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, June 21, 2021 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Bobbi was born January 24, 1934 in Oklahoma City to William and Leona Sherrill. She married the love of her life, Fred Ragland, and together they raised their daughters, Sherrill and Robin. Bobbi was very involved in her daughter's lives from being a homeroom mother and selling saving bonds in the grade school, having dinner ready for her family every day at 5pm, to always being there for and being very supportive of all of her kids, grandkids, and great grandkids. She loved helping people in need as Co-Director of Neighbor for Neighbor. In her later years her idea of cooking was making reservations and she loved to tell anyone that would listen to her 10 or so favorite jokes. She breathed life and laughter into everyone she was around. Bobbi had a smile that would light up a room and made everyone feel as though they were the favorite and special one. She also loved shopping, playing card games (Phase 10), going on cruises, and hair and make-up were always a must. If you stopped by her house or called during Wheel of Fortune, you were no longer her favorite, at least until the show was over! More than anything, Bobbi loved her family, and they loved her in return. Her humor and jokes will live on through them. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 60 years, Fred; and granddaughter, Jenny. She is survived by her daughters, Sherrill Rogge and Robin Chaffey; grandchildren, Lisa, Charlie, Vicki, and Kelly; great grandchildren, Maggie Alexis, Skylar, Jordan, Noah, Rosie, Sam, Austen, and Harper. Visitation will be 2pm-6pm, with family present from 5pm-6pm, at Bill Merritt Funeral Service. Services will be 10am Friday at Bill Merritt Funeral Service with interment to follow at Rose Hill Burial Park.
