She was married to her husband and best friend James Webb for 38 years.
Julia loved to go shopping, antiquing, and loved flowers. She also loved to cook for everyone so they all could enjoy her delicious creations. But her greatest love was spending time with her family and friends and creating memories to last a lifetime that they can cherish forever.
She is survived by her daughter: Cynthia (Phillip) Poprawski; son: Michael Ingram; grandchildren: Ivy Poprawski, Xavier and Quintin Ingram; and her sister Susan Horn.
Julia is preceded by her parents: Richard and Emma Proz; brother: Richard; and husband: James Webb.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
