Born on September 14, 1928 in Miami, Oklahoma she was the oldest daughter of Thomas and Jeanette McAdam.

Ann was raised in Arkansas City, Kansas where she met and married Robert Curry on September 12, 1948. During her time there, Ann participated in many volunteer and philanthropic organizations and had the full- time job raising their three children. After leaving Arkansas City in 1970, she and Bob also lived in Oklahoma City, Houston, Tulsa, and Hot Springs Village. She and Bob moved to Arlington in 1997.
She and Bob were fortunate to enjoy many travel adventures across the United States and Europe. Ann loved bridge and one of her great accomplishments included earning her Gold Life Master. Ann was an avid golfer and an expert at needlework of all kinds and has left us many beautiful pieces to enjoy. Additionally, she was a 64-year member of P.E.O. Ann loved trying new recipes and her family and friends were benefits of her wonderful cooking and baking skills. She was quick to make friends wherever she went and provided kindness to all she knew.

Ann was preceded in death by her husband, infant daughter Elizabeth and sister Mary Jane Bartholomew and many friends.

She is survived by her daughters Linda (Val) Gibson of Arlington, Susan (Steve) Scheck of Houston, and son Thomas (Cathy) Curry of Plano. She leaves behind 6 grandchildren Stephanie (Tom) Harris, Emily Swanson, Brent (Jennifer) Gibson, Sarah (Patrick) Dennis, Kyle Curry and Colin (Brenna) Curry as well as 12 great grandchildren; brother-in-law William Bartholomew and nephews Bruce, Gary and Charles.
Ann loved her family unconditionally and they loved her with the same intensity.
