He has been a five-year resident of Texas City and formerly of Trinity, TX. Joe worked for Landscape Art for the past five years.
Mr. Turner is survived by his wife Jennifer Turner; daughter Kristen Turner; sons Joe Edward Turner, II and Cody Turner; sisters Amber Lynn Riley, Julia Ann Fisher, Theresa Christeen Stringer and Corrie Ellen McBride; four grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents James and Mary Turner, IV; and brother James Madison Turner, V.
There will be a visitation from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday June 24, 2021 at Crowder Funeral Home in Dickinson.
A Funeral Service will follow this next morning at 11:00 a.m. on Friday June 25, 2021 at Crowder Funeral Home in Dickinson, with burial to follow at Hayes Grace Memorial Park in Hitchcock, TX.
