Rogelio V. Hernandez 70, passed away peacefully on June 11, 2021 in his home. He was born on April 24, 1951 in San Antonio, Texas. He was preceded in death by his mother Dolores Hernandez and father Bruno Hernandez along with older brother Gabriel Morales. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Maria Elena Hernandez. His five children: Juan Rogelio Hernandez, Bruno Hernandez, Edward Hernandez, Maria Dolores Hernandez, Maria Guadalupe Hernandez; Grandchildren: Jonathan L. Hernandez, Jacob A. Hernandez, Araceli M. Hernandez, Gabriel Hernandez, Jason Hernandez, Breanna Hernandez, Justin Hernandez, Charisma Hernandez, Bianca Hernandez, Tommy Hernandez, Brissa Hernandez, Sebastian Hernandez, Mavin J. Sancho, Santos Barrientes, Edward Jr. Hernandez, Aliyana E. Sancho, Evelinn L. Sancho and Ernest Trujillo & seven great-grandchildren.
Rogelio was a funny, hard-working, loving man, with a very big heart and a beautiful soul. He was fully dedicated to his family and opened his doors to all loved ones. He was a great artist who dedicated his spare time decorating cascarones & loved taking cruises around San Antonio with his children. Rogelio was truly one of a kind and There will never be another man like him in the Hernandez family.
