Vivian M. Heil, 76, of Marysville, died early Friday morning, June 18th at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus after months of failing health.

Vivian's life was full of her favorite things, from her love for Elvis, antiques and all things Ohio State, to cheeseburgers, vanilla shakes and cokes. Her face would light up the room with the biggest smile whenever she was handed black liquorish, and she loved the colors purple, navy blue that was the color of her favorite '87 Firebird, and the red of a cardinal, her favorite bird to watch. She could also be found frequenting Bob Evans and Der Dutchman, her two favorite places to eat.

A classy and proper lady, she had her morning makeup routine and would never leave the house without being fully "made-up". While she enjoyed her flowers and gardening, cooking was a great passion for her, especially making fudge for Christmas gifts, and in later years, brownies. She also went out of her way to make everyone feel comfortable in her presence. Despite her love for so many things, nothing compared to the love Vivian felt for her family. She adored her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren as they were the most important thing to her.

Vivian was born February 17, 1945 in Marysville to the late Milton P. and Jennette A. Perry Wise. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Carl C. Wise.

She is survived by her children Michael D. "Mike" Heil and Angela (Kevin) Hillyard; grandchildren Brooke (Lurinso) Tolber, Nick Heil, Beth Martinelli, Alysha (Kyle) Jewett, Clara (Austin) Cox, Maggie Hillyard and RJ Hillyard; great grandchildren Jalen and Noah; brothers Gary E. (Carol) Wise and Roy E. Wise; and several nieces and nephews.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 2-4 pm Sunday at the Ingram Funeral Home. Burial will be held at a later date at Oakdale Cemetery.

In Vivian's name, contributions may be made to the Hope Center in care of the funeral home.
