Linda Carol Payne, age 76, of Copperhill, TN passed away on Sunday, June 20, 2021 in the Parkridge Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN. She was born on November 3, 1944 in Summerville, GA to the late Ralph J. Bryson and Mary Magdelene Peace Bryson. Linda had worked at Shaw Industries as a hyster driver. She was a member of Mount Zion (Tumbling Creek) Baptist Church. Linda was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Charles E. Payne.
Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. from the Mount Zion (Tumbling Creek) Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
