LAWSON, CATHERINE JEAN Went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on May 13, 2008. Born in Dallas on July 21, 1930, she is survived by her loving husband of almost sixty years, Lewis Ray Lawson.
Catherine enjoyed tennis, bridge, church fellowship, sewing, and lake activities with her family. She was a faithful member of First Baptist Church of Richardson. She is also survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Donny and Kerri Lawson, daughter, Caryn and son-in-law, Larry Jackson, and daughter, Lori and son-in-law, James Bruck; seven beautiful grandchildren, Candace Behrhorst, Jason Lawson, Beth Geck, Brittney Snelson, Christy Cates, and Lindsay and Landry Lawson; great grandchildren, Tucker, Mallory-Blair, Hope-Caroline, Annabelle, Rowan, Jackson, Ella Kate, James, and Sydney; other loving family members include sister-in-law and brother-in-law, James and Sarah O'Neal and their children, Jim and Kathy.
Mother, we will miss your humor, playfulness, and your ability to make everything right. We rejoice in knowing we will all be with you again. John 3:16.
Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM, Thursday, May 15, 2008 in Restland Funeral Home. Service will be held 1:30 PM, Friday, May 16, 2008 at the First Baptist Church of Richardson, 1001 N. Central Expy., Richardson, TX 75080.
