Ms. Deborah Kaye "Debbie" Thomas, age 60, or Summerville, formerly of Lindale, passed away on Wednesday, June 16, 2021, at a local hospital.
Debbie was born in Rome, Georgia on May 9, 1961, daughter of the late Bobby Earl Lewis and the late Barbara Ann Huckaby Lewis. She worked for 30 years in retail sales management and was working at Lindale Food and Tobacco when she had to retire for health reasons. She was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include two sisters, Becky Burrage, Summerville, and Tina Huether, Rome; two sons, Jason Thomas and Trey Thomas; 4 grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
In accordance with her wishes, Debbie will be cremated. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 26, 2021, at 4pm in the Chapel at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, South Chapel, with the Rev. Jackson Davis officiating.
The family will receive friends at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, South Chapel, on Saturday from 3pm until the service time.
