Stanley Brown, 58, of Cornettsville, passed away on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at his residence. He was born in Hazard, KY on August 2, 1962 to Ray Brown and Madge (Pratt) Brown.
Stan graduated from the University of KY and Northern KY University Chase Law School. Stan was a member of Jeremiah Missionary Baptist Church.
Stan was preceded in death by his father Ray Brown and his mother Madge (Pratt) Brown. Survivors include one daughter, Whitley(Jeffrey) Lyon of Taylor Mill, KY; one son, Andrew Jackson Brown (Jax) of Richmond, KY. He is survived by two granddaughters Arley Wray and Cabot Carolyn Lyon. Stan is survived by two brothers: Philip (Carol) Brown of Blackey, KY and Fred Brown of Winchester, KY; two sisters Marquetta (Tim) Ison of Hazard, KY and Donna Rae (Julian) Tackett of Lexington, KY. He is also survived by four nephews, two great nephews, one great niece and one great great nephew. Services will be held at a later date.
