Dwayne was preceded in death by his father, Johnny Thomas Allen (Patsy Wilkins Allen); and his mother, Sally Maynor-Allen.
He is survived by his wife, Judy Tyler-Allen; his son, Kenneth Wayne Allen of the home; two daughters, Jamila Nicole Allen and Brianna Michelle Tyler of the home; ten brothers: Stanley Allen, John D. Allen, Harold D. Allen, Mark Allen, Willie Allen, Thomas Allen, John T. Allen, Brantley Allen, Richard Allen, and Eugene Allen; two sisters, Gladys Collins and Alisa Demery; and a host of relatives and friends.
The funeral services will be held in Victory Holiness Church. The burial services will follow in the church cemetery.
