Dale Patrick Fairchild, Sr.

Dale was born in Nubieber, CA and was raised in Melon Valley, ID. He joined the Army in 1952 and served in Korea from 1952 to 1954. While stationed at Ft. Lewis in Tacoma, WA, he met the love of his life, Janice Levine. They were married in 1955. Eventually, they settled in Pierce County, WA, where Dale worked as an auto parts salesman.
He was preceded in death by his son Arvid Jay, his parents Arthur B. and Bessie Julia Fairchild, a sister Esther Gaines, two brothers Kenneth and Harvey. He is survived by his beloved wife Janice, son Dale, Jr and his wife Janet of Tacoma, daughter, Christina Geary and her husband Bill of Lakewood daughter-in-law Ona, grandchildren Angel Rabisa of Bremerton, Alfred Cordova of Dallas, TX, Dale Fairchild, III of Tacoma and Jonathan Fairchild of Federal Way, Tasha Eason of Puyallup, Shawn Geary of Graham, and great-grandchildren Jabari, Diego, Micheal, Porter, Urijah, Jillian, Emily. He also leaves behind his brother Paul and wife Gina of Twin Falls, ID and his sister Ramona Small and her husband Gene of Cortez, CO.
His memorial service is Friday at 1:00 at Weeks-Dryer Mortuary.
