Mr. Randall W. "Randy" Jones, age 71 of Flat Rock, IL died Sunday June 20, 2021, at 4:35 AM at Heritage Manor (Cotillion Ridge) Nursing Home in Robinson, IL following many months of failing health.
Randy was born in Robinson, IL on April 25, 1950, to Maxie G. and Barbara Jo (Peak) Jones. On July 3, 1999, he married Wanda (Lemeron) and she survives. Randy was a driver for Schneider National Trucking Company for many years.
Survivors include his wife Mrs. Wanda Jones, Flat Rock, IL; a son, Doug Jones, Mattoon, IL; daughters and son-in law, Shannon Jones, Vincennes, IN, Brandy Groves & Denise Jobe, Robinson, IL, Jessica and Matt Johnson, Huntingburg, IN; two stepdaughters, Paige and David Abell, Olney, IL and Danielle Ireland, Robinson, IL; a sister and brother-in-law, Brenda and Bob Field, Lewisburg, PA; brother-in-law and spouse, Jerry and Jeanie Lemeron, Flat Rock, IL, sister-in-law and spouse, Nedra and Doug Guyer, Annapolis, IL and sister-in-law and spouse, Emily and Kevin Wilber, Flat Rock, IL; eleven grandchildren and a nephew Cody Jones and nieces April, Angel, Christy and Jennifer also survive.
Preceding him in death were his parents; a brother, Dr. Ricky Lee Jones in 2014 and a father-in-law, Mervyn Lemeron.
Burial will be in the Kirk Chapel Cemetery, Robinson, IL at a later date.
