Kenneth Neil Horton Jr., 67, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, June 19th, 2021. He was born and raised in Pinellas County, Florida (a true Tampa Bay Buccaneer) and had lived in Knightdale, NC since 1994. He spent his career in the auto/collision repair industry and was a respected leader and mentor for others. He made many friends through work and church who enjoyed many of the same hobbies including playing golf, watching sports, and riding motorcycles. He was a fun-loving free-spirited guy with a wonderful sense of humor. He was a faithful member of Bethlehem Baptist Church where he co-taught the Senior Men's Sunday School Class, sang in the church choir, and participated in numerous mission trips. He was a devoted Christian, loving husband, and would help anyone in need.

He is survived by his loving wife, Susan, father-in-law, Ted Allen, mother-in-law, Judy Allen, his brother, David, and his wife Patricia, their three children, Ashleigh, JP and Joshua, and two grandchildren, Alayna, and Johnny; his sister, Cathy, and brother, Steven; and other extended family members.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Neil Horton, Sr., his mother, Ann Cercone Horton, and his brother-in-law, Teddy Kaye Allen, Jr. In lieu of flowers, the family requested memorial contributions to the Bethlehem Baptist Church Knightdale Debt Retirement fund or to Inter-Faith Food Shuttle.
