Ronald Eugene Webb, 79, of Kitts Hill, OH passed away Thursday, June 17, 2021 at his home. He was born May 17, 1942 in Lawrence County, OH, son of the late Perry and Norma Webb. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Thelma Webb. Ronald was an Army Veteran having served in the Vietnam War as a Combat Engineer. He worked as the Superintendent of Lawrence County Engineers and retired after 36 years. Ronald is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Garnet Stevens Webb; two children, Ronnie (Shara) Webb and Rhonda (Jeff) Crabtree; one brother, Paul David Webb and one grandson, Nate Crabtree. Funeral service will be 12 PM Monday, June 21, 2021 at Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, OH with Pastor Mike Huff officiating. Burial will follow to Leatherwood Cemetery, Kitts Hill, OH.
