Rose is survived by her 3 Children Richard J. Fuller (Rita) of Fairfax VA, Judith Albert of Middle River MD, Edward Leroy Fuller IV (Sharon) of Lothian MD, 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her sister Zena Smith of Kilmarnock VA. Rose was born on July 7, 1927 in Baltimore MD to Parents Joseph and Nancy Zangla. She attended Washington Bible College, Lanham MD. In 1986 she moved to Herndon VA, later resided at Lovettsville Home Assisted Living for 15 years until her move to Brightview Towson MD. Rose was active in church and mission ministries most of her life: Pioneer Board, Awana Youth, Scouting, Seniors and an active member for over 25 years of Bethel Presbyterian Church, Leesburg VA. Her family and friends will always remember her as kind, compassionate, hospitable, and a fervent prayer intercessor. Rose was laid to rest on June 28, 2021, at Chestnut Grove Cemetery with arrangements handled by Loudoun Funeral Chapel. In lieu of flowers please make memorial donations to Bethel Presbyterian Church in Rose's honor.
