Frances was preceded in death by her husband, James David Potter; her son, James William Potter; and her parents, Lenard Hannah and Clytee McKee-Hannah.
She is survived by her son, John Potter and his wife, Margaret from Hot Springs, AR; three brothers: Mike Hannah and his wife, Donna of Crosby, TX, David Hannah and his wife, Terri of Camden, AR, and Rickey Hannah of Rosharon, TX; three grandchildren: Savannah Potter, Paige Potter, and Christian Arthur; a nephew, Gary Mahoney and his wife, Lisa of Magnolia, TX; and two very close friends, Rudy "Deedon" Burt and Roseanne Todd.
A graveside service will be held at Missouri Cemetery in Chidester, AR.
