Mrs. Patricia Ann "Pat" Drew-Blair, age 81, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 17, 2021 with her loving family by her side.
Born in Rome on October 9, 1939, Patricia was the daughter of the late Richard and Catherine (Brennan) Drew, and beloved step-father, Aurele David.
Pat was raised in Oriskany Falls and later relocated to Utica. She was employed at the Utica Psychiatric Center as a Dietician for over 40 years, the position from which she retired.
She was a hard working woman throughout her life and always gave generously to those in need. In her later years the greatest enjoyment of all was her grandchildren and she would always glow when discussing them and all of their achievements. She always was quite concerned that they all had what they needed or what they wanted. Pat was a fun-loving person who enjoyed dancing, and listening to music whenever or wherever she could. She especially enjoyed listening to Dean Martin and country music. Pat will live within the hearts of her family, always.
Pat is survived by her daughter, Cathy Drew-Egan; her grandchildren, Ronnie (Tanya), David (Stephanie), and Kenny; and her great-grandchildren, Sy, Ronnie, Cerena, Corvin, Ayla, and Akoda. She also leaves her brother, Earl David, Jr. and his wife Dawn; brother-in-law, Robert Smith; many nieces, nephews, great- nieces, great nephews, and cousins. She also leaves someone very dear to her heart – Barbara Kaczmarek.
She was predeceased by her sisters, Barbara Mae Drew, and Elizabeth Drew; and her brother, Richard Drew.
Interment in St. Agnes Cemetery.
