Eugene V. Mills, 52, 6450 York Av. S., Edina, president of Seaway Industries, Inc., Edina, died Monday. Services will be held Friday at 2:30 p.m. in the Colonial Church of Edina. 56th and Wooddale Ave. Burial services will be private. Mr. Mills was named president of the Edina firm in August 1967. He formerly was vice-president and general sales manager for Admiral Conditioner, Inc., and an advertising and public relations director for the Marquette Corp.
Surviving are a daughter, Diane, Edina; two sons, Dwight and Richard, both of Bloomington; four brothers, Charles E., Sunnyvale, Calif.; Everett S., Montevideo, Minn.; Russell C., Cambridge, Minn.; and Lowell D., Hutchinson, Minn.
