Danny Cook, Sr., age 86, of Riverside, California, passed away, Thursday, May 20, 2021, in Riverside, California. He was born on January 17, 1935 in West Virginia to the late John Cook and the late Velma Cook. Danny served his country honorably in the Navy. Soon after, he began his career as a truck driver and retired after 30 years of dedicated service.
Those left to cherish his memory are children, Tina, Sheila, Danny Jr., Gina, Keith, Cheryl, Kirk, Robbie, Dirk and Sean; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren and a host of other family members and friends. Danny was preceded in death by his loving wife, Virginia Cook.
Arrangements are entrusted to Miller-Jones Mortuary, 23618 Sunnymead Blvd., Moreno Valley, California, where the family will receive friends from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Tuesday, June 22, 2021. Funeral service to follow at 12:00 PM. Committal service will be held at Riverside National Cemetery at 1:45 PM, Tuesday, June 22, 2021.
