Marie Patterson (nee Ray), of O'Fallon, MO, passed away Monday, June 14, 2021 at the age of 91. Cherished daughter of the late Chester and Lillie Belle Ray; devoted mother of Lanny (Valerie) Patterson, Karen (Michael) Valloni, Chesta (Mark) Ameel, William (Cathy) Patterson, Doug (Krystal) Patterson and Lili Patterson; loving grandmother of nine and their spouses; treasured great-grandmother of ten plus two on the way; dear sister of the late Betty Jean Mottin.
Marie was a proud member of the Gateway Church, formerly known as St. Peters Weslyn Church. She was a homemaker/caregiver all of her live, and a babysitter for several years, she loved cooking and caring for her family. Marie was a big Cardinals and Blues fan. She loved flowers and gardening and her yard was always beautiful. Marie was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
