He was formerly an Ordained Minister in Lansing where he opened the doors of his home to those in need. He worked for several different construction contractors prior to owning his own masonry company installing finish concrete work in the area. Del found great companionship in his beloved and missed dog Coco but later had learned to love his current companion, Zeke.
He is survived by his children, Deanna (Travis) Sparks, Del (Marcey) Wright Jr. and Aaron Wright; 11 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren and brother, David Wright.
Del was preceded in death by sisters, Cheryl Wright and Sharron Eckert.
A graveside service will be held Friday, June 11, 2021, at Pioneer Cemetery, Eaton County, Oneida Twp., Michigan.
