Ricky Joe Hall, age 67 of Winchester, passed away on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at his residence. He was born in Michigan on June 7, 1953 to the late Tom G. and Mary (Hickson) Hall. Before his retirement, he had been employed by the City of Estill Springs in the Street Department. A true outdoorsman, Ricky enjoyed fishing and travelling. He also enjoyed watching wrestling and UT Basketball, and listening to Elvis. He will be remembered for his wonderful personality and how he never met a stranger. In addition to his parents, Ricky was preceded in death by his brother, Robert George Hall. He is survived by his siblings, Diane Elizabeth Hall McCurry of Michigan, Jerry (Brenda) Hall of Winchester, and Janice Biggs of Mt. Juliet; sister-in-law, Arlene Hall of Estill Springs; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 11am-1pm on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 1:00 pm in the Moore-Cortner Chapel with Rev. Todd Coutta officiating. Interment will be at Franklin Memorial Gardens.
