ROCKVILLE-Max E. Steele, 77, of Rockville, Indiana passed away Tuesday, June 15, 2021 in his residence. He was self-employed.
He was born June 17, 1943 in Crawfordsville, Indiana to the late Eugene Steele and Helen Schultz Steele.
Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Rose Hasten Steele whom he married April 1, 1980; also surviving, one son, Michael Steele; two daughters, Laura Fritsch and Jamie Pine; seven grandchildren. He served with the U.S. Marines.
Services will be 11:00 am Friday, June 18, at the Fisher Family residence, 3091 N. 225 W., Bloomingdale. Burial will follow in Hethcoe Cemetery at Bloomingdale. Visitation is from 5-8 pm Thursday at the Fisher residence.
