She is survived by her daughter, Laurie Bius Spear of Cumming; grandchildren, Kathy Leigh Spear, J J Spear, Michael Waidler and wife, Lisa and Jonathan "JC" Waidler; sister, Gaye Starr (Marvin) of Cumming, GA; brother, Paul Blackwell (Susan) of Warner Robins, GA; and two great granddaughters.
