Fred leaves behind his wife of 43 years, Donna; a daughter Pamela Raugland; a grandson Adam Raugland; a sister Gail (Robert) Lyle; as well as many nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law. He was preceded in death by his parents the late Jeanne Cileski and Jack White, two brothers, and one sister.
Fred spent most of his adult life as a restaurant owner; most recently as owner of the Red Pepper in Summerville.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, June 9, at Grace Lutheran Church, 1600 Old Trolley Rd, Summerville, SC 29485.
