Carl Gene Foster, 73, of West Frankfort passed away on Sunday June 13, 2021 in Memorial Hospital of Carbondale at 8:55pm.
Carl was born on April 26, 1948 in Herrin to Carl and Lola (Smith) Foster.
He is preceded in death by his parents; daughter Carla Foster; and 2 sisters Linda Ragsdale and Geraldine Wood.
Carl is survived by a daughter Lola; sons Carl Jr. and Charles; several grandchildren; sister Sharon (Jim), and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday June 17, 2021 in the Union Funeral Home- West Frankfort at 11:00am. Interment will be in the Denning Cemetery on the Orient Road.
Visitation will from 9:00-11:00 at the funeral home prior to the service.
