She was very creative and talented at interior decorating, sewing, drawing, painting, sculpting, knitting, and weaving. In addition, Becky was a wonderful cook and baker and was fondly referred to as the "Martha Stewart of the South." For special occasions, she made chocolate-covered cherries and tiramisu. Becky worked as a graphic illustrator at R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. and retired very early. She and J.E. enjoyed their vacation homes at Ocean Isle Beach and Hound Ears Club, and they traveled extensively around the world with many buddies. The family will receive friends from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Sunday, May 23, 2021 at the Robert F. Miller Center at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel, 3315 Silas Creek Parkway, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
