She was always in the big family gatherings between the Regos and the Rogers' at Thanksgiving, Christmas and sometimes Easter. She never forgot her cousins. She attended schools in Denver and Ft. Lewis College in Colorado. She wed 3 Oct 1970 in Denver, and was married 50 years. She was a good skier and loved the mountains. Mother of two sons, J_____ and T_____. She was always concerned about her grandchildren. She taught on the Navajo Reservation in New Mexico. She maintained an apartment in Farmington NM because of the distance to Dolores CO where she and her husband had their home. She once narrowly missed being swept away by a flash flood while driving home to Colorado. In her last year she especially enjoyed watching the wild critters and turkeys in her yard.
