Anthony "Tony" D. Morrison, 66, of Spencer, passed away unexpectedly, at the Community North Hospital in Indianapolis on Sunday, May 22, 2021. Tony was born in Greencastle, Indiana on November 27, 1954 to Ernest Tilbert Morrison and Virginia Irene (Harbolt) Morrison. Tony graduated Owen Valley High School in 1972 and went to work at G. E. in Bloomington. Tony was the Director of the Owen County EMS for over 22 years and then retired from Hanson Aggregate after 17 years. He loved Nascar, Drag and Dirt Racing, going to the Paragon Speedway, the NHRA Lucas Oil Raceway U.S. Nationals, working at Donnie's Garage and going on yearly trips with his brothers.
Tony is survived by his fiance and best friend for over 36 years, Kathy M. Driskell, children, Chad (Erica) Morrison, Heather (Colin) Thomson, Ginna Morrison, Brandy Denny, Misty (Jeff) Banks, Brandon (Autumn) Denny, Kurtis (Emily) Conatser, grandchildren, Lucas Morrison, Cali Vorndran, Samuel Morrison, Sylas Thomson, Delaney Thomson, Janis Westgate, Kori Westgate, Adynn Porter, Kylee Banks, Tyler Banks, Ava Saunders-Banks, Patience Denny, Kyvan Denny, Derek Burke, Bane Denny, Grayson Conatser, Meghan Conatser, brothers, Mike (Terri) Morrison, Donnie (Vicki) Morrison, Tim (Hollie) Morrison, Diane Morrison, brother-in-law, Paul Watts, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Tony was preceded in death by his parents and niece, Nealy Deck-Watts.
