In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings: Alice Anderson, Georgia Mae Cummings, Marie Smith, Flora Blackwelder, Betty Ruth Steele, Ben Lee Anderson, John Thomas "JT" Anderson, Curtis Anderson, Donald Anderson, one great-granddaughter Aubriona Edwards and one great-great granddaughter Niliyah Anderson.
She attended Logan High School in Concord, North Carolina. She was a domestic worker for many years.
Annie Jean loved the LORD with all her heart. She touched a multitude of people. To know her, was to love her. She was a faithful member of New Beginning Missionary Baptist Church in Concord, NC where she served on the Board of Trustee and the Head of the Usher Board before joining Mt. Olive Church in Concord, NC where she served on the Usher Board.
