Clifford Gaylor Hale, 88, of Des Arc died Monday, June 14, 2021, at Des Arc Nursing and Rehab in Des Arc, Arkansas. Mr. Hale was born March 3, 1933, in De Valls Bluff, Arkansas to Robert and Mamie (Vaughn) Hale.

He was retired from the cotton gin and served in the United States Air Force.

Survivors include three daughters, Kathy (Frank) Zator, Kelly (Gerry) Freyermuth, Karen (Joey) York, four grandchildren, Cody Craig, Lindsey (Josh) Starkey, Ty York, Sadie York, two nephews, William H. (Lynn) Bell, Robert (Mary) Hale, two cousins, Birdie (Larry) Johnson, Susie Harvill.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Helen (Rollins) Hale, two brothers, William Hale and Harold Hale.

Graveside services are at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 16, 2021, at Lakeside Cemetery in Des Arc by Garth Funeral Home. Dr. Melvin York officiating.

Pallbearers are Ty York, Cody Craig, Ronnie Cunningham, Keith Knupp, Joey York, Gerry Freyermuth, Steven Green.
