Wanda Lee Brewer, 91, of Ada, Oklahoma passed away Sunday, June 13th, 2021 in Ada.

Wanda was born on February 27th, 1930 in Ada, Oklahoma to William Benjamin and Minnie (Hart) Nipps. She grew up and stayed in Ada, attending and graduating from Byng Public Schools.

Wanda worked for the Chickasaw Nation, as well as being a homemaker. She was a hardworking woman, an excellent seamstress, and a loving mother, showing her love for her family everyday. When Wanda wasn't working, she enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family.

Wanda married her husband of 37 years, Clyde Thomas Brewer, on January 4th, 1984. Wanda had an amazing family, whom she loved deeply, and left an impact on everyone she came across.

Wanda is preceded in death by her Parents, Ben and Minnie Nipps, and three siblings, William Hulbert Nipps, Winfred Lowell Nipps, and Alma Sjuriset.

She is survived by her Husband, Clyde Brewer, a son, Stanley Sutton, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, four daughters, Brenda Boyles of Ada, Oklahoma, Melinda Staggs of Little Rock, Arkansas, Char and husband Bill McCurdy of Rockwall, Texas, and Nita Roper of Scranton, Arkansas, one sister, Carrie Davison, of Marvell, Arkansas, 13 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, as well as a host of other family and friends.

Services for Wanda will be held Thursday, June 17th, 2021 at 10:00 Am at the Estes-Phillips Funeral Home Chapel, with Bro. Roger Arter officiating. Interment will follow at New Bethel Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Brandon Burnside, Bill McCurdy, Ronnie Parks, Michael Nipps, Benny Nipps, and Joe Tingle.

Arrangements are under the direction of Estes-Phillips Funeral Home.
