Kevin Ray Mann, age 64, Harrodsburg, passed away on Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at his home in Harrodsburg. Born May 16, 1957 in Versailles, KY, he was the son of the late Harold Ray and Betty Joyce (Reynolds) Mann. He was a graduate of Harrodsburg High School, served his country in the U.S. Army and the Army National Guard, was a self-employed master brick mason and handy man, liked to draw, enjoyed writing, adored his cats and was a member of the Grapevine Christian Church.
Survivors include one sister: Cheryl Settles of Springfield, one niece Ashley Mann of Harrodsburg, three nephews, Dustin Mann of Lancaster, Kendall Mann of Harrodsburg and Jason Settles of Springfield; one great niece Dezaray Settles of Springfield and three great nephews, James Davis Settles of Springfield, Teegan Mann and Jayden Mann both of Harrodsburg; two aunts Diane Sanders of Harrodsburg and Hallie Pfeffer of Jeffersontown. Other than his parents Kevin was preceded in death by two brothers Rodney Mann and David Elliott Mann and by two uncles Glenn Reynolds and Brantley Reynolds.
Funeral services will be conducted 12:30 pm, Thursday, June 17, 2021 at Camp Nelson National Cemetery with military honors. Burial will in Camp Nelson National Cemetery in Nicholasville.
Visitation will be Thursday from 9:00 am until 11:00 am at Sims Funeral Services.
Pallbearers are Eric Pfeffer, Mark Pfeffer, Chris Rawlins, Will Sanders, and Glenn Sanders.
