Leo was a residential and commercial HVAC technician for Rowe Sheet Metal Works in Fort Smith.
He is survived by his father, Paul Fitzgerald of Huntington; two brothers Keith Ragan of Huntington and Paul Fitzgerald, III. of Healdton, Oklahoma; five sisters, Brenda Thomasson of Seagoville, Texas; Brandy Villalpando of Scurry Texas, Kym Collier of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Paige Pettit of Fort Dodge, Iowa and Misty Ragan of Huntington.
